Future Leaders Working Academy (FLWA) 2.0: Desks to Drills is a workforce development program created for young parents who are ready to build a stable career, increase their income, and create new opportunities for their families. Whether you're unemployed, underemployed, or simply ready for something better, we're here to help you take the next step.

This isn't just another training program. It's a community that believes in your potential and provides the support, coaching, and real-world experience you need to succeed.

Future Funds Workshop

Financial wellness is about more than making money, it's about knowing how to manage it.

The Future Funds Workshop is an exclusive financial education experience designed for graduates of Future Leaders Working Academy 2.0. Through practical, easy-to-understand instruction, participants learn how to build healthy financial habits, understand credit, create a realistic budget, and make informed financial decisions that support long-term stability.

Eligible participants may have the opportunity to apply for a credit-builder loan of up to $500, with up to $250 available to take home while the remaining balance is repaid over time to help establish positive payment history. Loan approval is determined by our financial institution partner, and eligibility is not guaranteed.

Feeding Future Appetites

Graduating from Future Leaders Working Academy 2.0 is just the beginning. To help our young parents continue building a successful career and a healthy home, eligible graduates may receive an Empowerment Basket valued at up to $500.

Empowerment Baskets may include practical items such as a refurbished laptop with productivity software, an air fryer, a juicer, a crockpot, and other everyday tools that support career growth, healthy living, and long-term success.
